Texture compression: each texture now uses much less space in the harddisk (80% less for loading screens) and generates mipmaps, resulting in much higher quality textures for in-game textures. This can be disabled from the Options tab if you run into any problems with the NVIDIA compression tool.
Added textures: Supercomputer, Mega Monitor, Arachnos poster, Sewer SG Base tileset.
What's New in v1.22!

Added Movie Posters and Supergroup Base paintings to the Textures tab.
Updated the default Image Frames to reflect NCsoft's full ownership of City of Heroes.

2007-08-21 17:43
European login screen for Villains fixed again. It will write the bottom part of the image to uk_text.texture, both when setting it from Splasher, and when using the Randomizer.
Randomizer screens now saved as DDS files to avoid a crash that would happen if you created Randomizer screens and then switched the City of Heroes client language. As a side effect, you can move the .dds files between Randomizer folders.
Fixed a bug that could cause Splasher to convert an image even if it wasn't the right size, causing all the pixels to get juggled up.
Will now check permissions and display an error message if it can't write to the City of Heroes folder.
A few tweaks to the interface: you can move the window while it's converting, it will display the proper file name instead of converted.bmp, etc.
What's New in v0.93!
2007-08-20 04:11
You can now remove all customized screens from the Settings window, restoring the default ones.

You can now change Character Selection screens!
Uses a new system to add frames to the images. Create a 1024x768 bitmap with anything you want to be added on top of your images, using (255,0,255) as the transparent color.
Automatically detects your City of Heroes folder. You can still change it if you want, but note the next point.
